The route is the same as it was in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

What to expect: at least one big puddle, some roads (more than 50% of the course is on roads, but mostly single track country lanes with grass growing in the middle!), some hills, some tracks through woods with roots and the odd small fallen tree, some mud, plenty of beautiful scenery, an enthusiastic group of school children to cheer you on towards the end of the course and a big sense of achievement  - regardless of the time taken to complete the course!  All welcome: experienced, fast runners and those wanting to run/walk the route.  Come and enjoy our route at your own pace.  Technical style t-shirts to all 10k finishers -  requested size can be guaranteed if entering by 15th April.   Prize giving anticipated to be no later than 12 noon.

2km off-road run: Approx. 10.10am start.  Open to runners of all ages.  Off road, so children can run with or without an adult.  Children to be accompanied by parents/carers on the short walk from the village hall (registration area) to the run start, and back again.   Medals to all finishers.  Prize giving should be no later than 11.45am.
